Also called bee's milk, royal jelly contains sugars, proteins, fat, minerals, vitamins and trace elements.
As a dietary supplement, royal jelly is used to reduce physical and intellectual fatigue, stress, fight against the signs of aging, but also to strengthen the immune system.

Composition
Royal jelly owes its success to its exceptional content of 10-HDA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid).
It is this fatty acid that is responsible for the main benefits of royal jelly.
It also contains many micronutrients and active ingredients.
These include:

minerals and trace elements such as manganese, calcium, iron, and phosphorus;

vitamins including vitamin PP and B vitamins, especially vitamin B5;

acetylcholine;

a gamma globulin;

royalisin, a protein substance;

neopterin.
More generally, royal jelly is composed of:

60% to 70% water;
-
10% to 13% protein;
-
11% to 14% sugars;
-
5% lipids.
Posology
Fresh Royal Jelly :
1 gram per day, to be taken on an empty stomach, taking care to let it dissolve under the tongue (just mentally count to sixty before swallowing), for at least 60 days. Remember to keep it tightly closed in the refrigerator.
