It is a poly-floral honey composed mainly of rapeseed, apple, cherry, blackthorn, dandelion, hawthorn and other prunus.

It can be used in the kitchen without any problems.

This is a honey that we harvest in Deux-Sèvres,

composed mainly of Chestnut accompanied by Honeydew and Bramble.
